Role Profile
To conduct foundational modules technical training to GCPL engineers (E&T) and customer employees to build technical capabilities and quality. The foundational instructor is also responsible for identifying the technical needs for engine business group to bridge skill gap and for measuring the training effectiveness. The position requires continuous learning in order to maintain an advance level of knowledge on various systems and models.
Qualifications
Minimum Education : Diploma / Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automobile Engineering
Experience
Minimum Experience: 6 -7 years of experience working as a technician / engineer and having at least 1 year of experience of conducting technical training.
Personality: Must have a pleasing personality for ease of acceptance and approachability
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Work is normally performed in field/workshop environment.
Exposure to physical risk and all weather condition is associated with this position.
Walking and moving about on foot often through uneven terrain.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and the customers.
Good people skills and enthusiastic personality
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Good communication skill in English and Hindi verbal and written
Ability to present training material content to participant towards maximizing their understanding.
Ability to understand and interpret participants, Psychology and understanding level of training being imparted
Must have high energy level
Must possess good knowledge of computer operation and software related to training requirement.
