• Role Profile
  1. The purpose of this position is to conduct foundational modules technical training to GCPL engineers of machine business group and customers to build technical capabilities and quality.
  2. The foundational instructor is also responsible for identifying the technical needs for machine business group to bridge skill gap and for measuring the training effectiveness.
  3. The position requires continuous learning in order to maintain an advance level of knowledge on various systems, models, and machines.
• Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience 5 years (in related field) of shop/field experience and having at least 1 year of experience of conducting technical training.
  
  1. Must have a pleasing personality for ease of acceptance and approach-ability.
  2. Work is normally performed in field/workshop environment.
  3. Exposure to physical risk and all weather condition is associated with this position.
  4. Walking and moving about on foot often through uneven terrain.
  5. Physical requirement includes

  7. Lifting: Up to 25 Kg daily, frequent exertion.
  8. Climbing on ladders / equipment

• Skills
  1. Candidate must display mechanical aptitude and related industry knowledge.
  2. Must possess or demonstrate the ability to quickly acquire the required Skills and Competencies.
  3. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  4. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and the customers
  5. Good people skills and enthusiastic personality
  6. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  7. Good communication skill in English and Hindi Verbal and written
  8. Ability to present training material content to participants towards maximizing their understanding
  9. Ability to understand & interpret participants’ psychology and understanding level of training being imparted
  10. Must have high energy level
  11. Must possess good knowledge of computer operation and software related to training requirements
